please allow 3-4 business days, for us to process and ship your order.

we process orders monday - saturday. 

once your order has been shipped your tracking information will be provided.

if this occurs, please file a claim with your selected carrier. 

for international orders, your shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.

returns - 

kLc | new york city wants our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases.

however, we understand that online shopping can be tricky, so we're here to help you get your order correct.

returns are accepted up to 10 days after items have been delivered - if the item is in the original condition with kLc | new york city hang tag attached and no sign of visible wear. the items must be delivered to our PO Box within the 10 days of delivery in order to be eligible for returns. a restocking fee will apply to any silk items.

all items must be new, unworn, unwashed, and no visible signs of wear such as: makeup, deodorant stains, fragrances, etc. 

any packing slip marked with final sale are not eligible for returns, no exceptions. 

we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy.

refunds - 

we will complete your refund request in up to eight business days from the day your return was received in our warehouse.

your financial institution should post your refund within a few days. 

unfortunately, at this time we cannot refund any lost returns.
